I paid for Next Day delivery and my order hasn't arrived

If you paid a premium for your next day guaranteed delivery and your order has not arrived, we will reimburse you, provided the courier has not attempted delivery.

This reimbursement does not apply when:

  • You placed your order after the cut-off time of 4pm Monday-Thursday or any time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday, you can use DPD Saturday Delivery, which is available from 4pm Thursday-4pm Friday.
  • You placed your order on a Bank Holiday.
  • You placed an order with a next day delivery service on a Friday (next day deliveries only take place on working days (Mon-Fri). Please use DPD Saturday Delivery if you need your order delivered on a Saturday. Please note this service is available from 4pm Thursday-4pm Friday, and any orders placed after this time will not be delivered on Saturday.

If you feel you are owed reimbursement for the delay of a time-guaranteed delivery, please submit a support ticket by clicking the link below, and include your order number and we will check the tracking and process a postage refund if necessary.
