If you paid a premium for your next day guaranteed delivery and your order has not arrived, we will reimburse you, provided the courier has not attempted delivery.
This reimbursement does not apply when:
- You placed your order after the cut-off time of 4pm Monday-Friday or any time on a Saturday or Sunday
- You placed your order on a Bank Holiday
- You placed an order with a next day delivery service on a Friday (next day deliveries only take place on working days (Mon-Fri)
If you feel you are owed reimbursement for the delay of a time-guaranteed delivery, please submit a support ticket by clicking the link below, and include your order number and we will check the tracking and process a postage refund if necessary.
