Returning Non-Faulty Items:
Changed your mind? If you placed the order within the last 30 days it's no problem, just submit a ticket below and we will send you returns instructions (but please read the terms below before doing so)
- Product returns are free of charge providing the goods you wish to return remain unopened and in their original packaging. Returns that have been opened will not be refunded.
- We cannot accept undamaged returns if the packaging has been opened (by this, we mean the inner packaging, not the envelope it was shipped in).
- If you placed your order more than 30 days ago, we cannot accept returns, but submit a ticket below and depending on the circumstances we may be able to offer a replacement as opposed to a refund.
