Returning Non-Faulty Items:

Changed your mind? If you placed the order within the last 30 days it's no problem, just click here and we'll provide returns instructions (but please read the terms below before doing so)

  • Product returns are free of charge providing the goods you wish to return remain unopened and in their original packaging. Returns that have been opened will not be refunded.
  • We cannot accept undamaged returns if the packaging has been opened (by this, we mean the inner packaging, not the envelope it was shipped in).
  • If you placed your order more than 30 days ago, we cannot accept returns, but submit a ticket below and depending on the circumstances we may be able to offer a replacement as opposed to a refund.
