Our Standard UK Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is free on orders over £20 and usually arrives the next day (including Sundays!). Orders are dispatched same-day if placed before 7 pm Mon–Fri or 11 am Sat–Sun. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery before contacting support.
Note: Orders to offshore locations and the Scottish Highlands are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 days but can take up to 10 working days.
If you need a guaranteed service, we offer DPD Local Next Day (order by 6 pm Mon–Fri / 11am Sat) and DPD Weekend options for UK Mainland addresses.
