The Innokin Slipstream tank is childproof, meaning that opening it is not as simple as just unscrewing the top cap! The tank opens at the top; press downwards on the top cap and twist it anticlockwise at the same time to open it up. If you've opened an e-liquid bottle before, it's the same action.
