Dispatch issue: 10th November

Due to a technical issue, we're unable to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm today in today's post (Tuesday the 10th of November). We're working hard to resolve the problem as quickly as possible; as soon a solution is found, we will dispatch orders as quickly as possible, prioritising those that have been on our system for the longest. 

The issue at hand is preventing orders from being fed through to our warehouse team, who pick, pack and dispatch all orders.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay. If you selected a paid delivery service (DPD Next Day) and your order is not dispatched by 4pm today, we're happy to process a refund for your shipping charge. You can get in touch with our helpdesk to request this using the link below.
