If you find a fault with your JUUL product (including pods, batteries or chargers) we are able to offer you assistance within 30 days of initial purchase. If this is the case, please open a ticket with our customer service team with details of the fault you are experiencing and we'll get back to you with instructions or a resolution, depending on the nature of the fault. We recommend you retain your original product packaging in case if we require you to return the item to us.
Typically, if your JUUL product has an unfixable manufacturing fault, we'll endeavour to replace it for you. In most cases, we will require you to return the product to us. Returns to The Electric Tobacconist are free; our support team will provide you with instructions on how to return once we have deemed the product as faulty. General wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered by this warranty.
