If the display on your e-cigarette battery stops working (ie the screen becomes scrambled or does not show anything), you will probably need a new battery. Electric Tobacconist warranty covers you for 60 days from order date. Within this period we will replace the battery free of charge (at no cost to send back to us either).
If your battery is brand new it may just mean that you need to hold down the buttons for longer in order to activate the screen.
If you believe your battery is faulty (and your product falls within the 60 day warranty period) please submit a ticket below and we can often diagnose and/or fix a problem remotely, or send a replacement if necessary.
