If you're used to ordering the same items each time, there's an easy way to load your basket with items from a previous order. Follow the steps below:
- Login to your Electric Tobacconist account by clicking the icon on the top-right-hand side of the site:
- Scroll down and click "My Order History":
- Find the order you wish to repeat and click "Re-Order". The Re-Order button will be there if all the items are available. If there's an exclamation point in a circle instead, this means one or more products are currently unavailable:
- Upon clicking "Re-Order", your basket will load with those items and you'll then be taken to the checkout page where the process should be familiar from then on.
