Your E-Wallet balance is your Electric Tobacconist store credit. If you have returned an item, you may have opted to receive your money as E-Wallet credit; this can be spent on the site.
To use the credit in your E-Wallet, simply check out as you normally would and you will be presented with the option to use your 'E-Wallet' balance. You must be logged in to your Electric Tobacconist account to use any credit:
Click "E-Wallet" and you will be given the option to use the funds on your account:
Pressing "Use E-Wallet Balance" will apply all funds to your order. If you still have an outstanding balance to pay, you can click either "Card" or "PayPal" to pay for this.
