Having trouble logging in?
If you're trying to log in and your details aren't being recognised, click the Login button in the top right-hand corner of the screen (shown below).
Now click Forgotten Password?
You will then be prompted to enter your email address; enter it and click Submit and you will be sent an email containing a link to a page where you can reset your password. Make sure to check your Junk Email or Spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox.
Click the link to set a new password; you will be able to log in with it immediately.
